About the Artist

Welcome to ASTERIN JOY, where I explore the boundaries between reality and imagination through various artistic mediums.

My name is Andrea Juarez Hernandez, I am a graduate student at Depaul University. I am a multimedia artist. My favorite form of animation is stop motion. I spent my childhood making stop-motion shorts with my dolls and stuffed animals, and I continued my passion in college.

I continue to welcome growth in my craft and allow myself to be open to what the world has to offer!
